This course focuses on the corporeal practice of vinyasa yoga with emphasis on breathing and posture.
The first part of the lesson is dedicated to “greetings to the sun”, a sequence of movements that warm the body, preparing it for the exercises, and lead the mind into a pleasant state of relaxation and concentration. It then continues with the asanas (positions) that serve the purpose of endowing participants with strength and elasticity. It finishes with breathing and relaxation exercises.
