Elisabetta Santanni
After graduating in Political Science from the University of Florence, Elisabetta began her career by taking care of the organization and coordination of electoral campaigns for members of the Italian parliament. In 1998 she worked for a large luxury company, the Gucci Group, where she was in charge of Investor Relations. After several years she turned to social research, initially for the Department of Political Science of the University of Florence, and later for several public and private enterprises. Since 2010 she has been enthusiastically teaching the Italian language and culture to foreigners, in collaboration with Harding University and AACUPI (Association of American College and University Programs in Italy). In her current position as Head of Student Life and Communications at the Accademia Europea di Firenze she has found the way to meld all her skills, experience and passions.
